September 2011
The pool is now tiled, the surrounding landscaping is complete, winter deck complete, the second Biodigester has now been installed and we have started on the main car parking area. All in all great progress has been made over the last six months; and we have nearly completed the Penthouse on building one which has already been rented for the early in the new year.
April 2011 - The third building has now been shelled and rendered. The front and side wall is now being rendered and painted. The deck area leading to the boat slips/dock is also done, and the swimming pool and extra rain water collection tank is about to be started as soon as Semana Santa is finished.
2011 has started better than we could have wished. We closed on a ground floor unit and are about to close on another unit in the first building. Our client from the third building has also just visited for the very first time and left voicing confidence and satisfaction with the work being done.
The third building has just had the second floor slab poured and we are already half way up to the third (roof) slab. We have also commenced the ground work at the front of the site, and have removed the wooden access way that lead over to the dock. Stairs are in place, and the front walls are now also completed, with the pool pump and storage room 75% complete.
The mains electrical planel wall has also been moved along with the transformer. All in all a very positive start to 2011.
2010 has started well. In the first two months we have seen a steady flow of potential home owners viewing property and taking an active interest in our progress. If things continue this way we are confident that the entire project can be completed before the end of 2010. The Roatan property market has suffered as has every country, however, as the rest of the world remains depressed people are continuing to come to roatan to purchase property for both investment, retirement as well as simply getting away from the stresses of living in a fast paced modern country.

The Living Area has been equipped with a 42” plasma
screen with surround sound, DVD player & hi-fi system. The bedrooms
all have 22” LCD TV and DVD.
The Master bedroom is luxurious and the Second bedroom equally so. Everything
is to the same high standard. The Third Bedroom/Office comes complete
with a desk while still being available for guests with a pull-down queen
size bed.
The Balcony comes with a locally made harvest table from renewable Honduran
hard wood and an oversized barbeque for entertaining.
For those wanting the ultimate in outside living the Penthouse units come
with 1800 square feet of private roof garden. The space has been designed
as an outside condo with the following features:
• A full outdoor kitchen, with sinks, cabinetry, BBQ and all necessary
accessories for outdoor entertaining.
• A full bathroom with shower.
• Garden area with planters for privacy screening.
• Relaxation living area.
• Two king size beds surrounded by a six-inch deep ankle pool.
• Spiral staircase connecting the roof garden and the condo private
balcony.
Each home will have car parking space, which you can leave occupied when
your home is vacant, if you so wish. The centrally located swimming pool
will be approximately thirty feet by fifteen feet; five feet at the deep
end, and three feet at the shallow end. Decking around the pool will be
free flowing offering spacious sun decks.

The condominiums command a high-end rental and, as you would expect, the
association offers a first class service. Guests are both collected and
returned to the international airport, inventory is checked and re-stocked

services can be provided upon request - car rental, diving, island tours,
game fishing, visits to other islands etc.
