We are now offering all condos with or without the furniture package, to further reduce the price for those looking for a bare bones investment. Anyone wishing to have the package can purchase it for an additional US$55,000 for the 1800 sq ft condos and US$75,000 for the 3600 sq ft Penthouse condos. This package includes additional upgrades for the granite (kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms) interior lighting, kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchen and bathroom faucets, interior doors and storage spaces. This is a service we provide rather than an area for profit. Locating, purchasing and delivering items can be problematic.
The Mangrove Dock development is in the final stages of completion. We require one more sale and will then complete building three, car parking areas, swimming pool, backup generator and landscaping. The development has no external funding (bank loans) and as such we will see completion of the development upon the next sale.
Given people's concerns about the global financial markets and investing in real estate, we are continuing to offer clients a stage payment process (usually reserved or pre-construction) for any of the remaining condos, even though they are at 90% complete.
